Manitoba remains Tory blue.

Brian Pallister's Progressive Conservatives won a second-straight majority yesterday (Sept 10).

They claimed 36 seats to the NDP's 18, while the Liberals won 3. With that showing, the Liberals have lost official party status.

In Westman, all three incumbent Tories were re-elected - Len Isleifson, Reg Helwar and Cliff Cullen.

Pallister, who won his seat again, will have most of his ministers back, except for Crown services minister Colleen Mayer.

The NDP and Liberal party leaders - Wab Kinew and Dougald Lamont - both retained their seats as well.
