Winnipeg, MB (CKLQ) - The Province will start taking campground reservations next week.
Manitoba Parks is staggering the booking process in three stages to avoid the usual gridlock of those fighting for the best dates and spots.
On Monday, the Province's Parks Reservation system will open for cabins, hurts and group use areas, and for Birds Hill Park.
On Monday, April 1, campsite reservations will open for Winnipeg Beach, Betula Lake, Big Whiteshell, Brereton Lake, Caddy Lake, Falcon Beach, Falcon Lakeshore, Nutimik Lake, Opapiskaw, Otter Falls, West Hawk Lake, and White Lake.
On Wednesday, April 3, campsite reservations will open for all other campgrounds.
Reservations will be taken online at http://prs.gov.mb.ca, and by phone at 204.948.333 or 888.482.2267.
