The Grandview Health Centre has temporarily suspended hospital and emergency services.
Staff are being relocated to Grandview Personal Care Home to help with its COVID-19 outbreak.
Provincial numbers show two staff members and two non-staff members at the home had tested positive for COVID-19 as of November 24th.
9-1-1 patients will be taken to the nearest open E-R - and patients who need health advice are encouraged to call Health Links at 1-888-315-9257.
Grandview is on Highway 5 between Dauphin and Roblin north of Riding Mountain National Park.
