The international ball hockey stage beckons Virden Oil Capitals' forward Jake Dudar.
The Winnipegger will play with Team Canada at the world juniors, with the tournament starting June 22nd in Slovakia.
Dudar got the nod to wear the maple leaf after helping guide Manitoba to a second-place showing at the ball hockey nationals last summer.
On the ice, Dudar was honoured as the Oil 'Caps rookie of the year after scoring 17 goals and 37 points in 57 games in his first season in the MJHL.
