Van Lankvelt helps key World League Win

Toon Van Lankvelt (#10) in action Friday in the FIVB Volleyball World League.

  Canada continued their undefeated start to the 2014 FIVB Volleyball World League on Friday.  
  Rivers' product Toon Van Lankvelt had five kills and one service ace as Canada defeated host Belgium in five sets (22-25, 25-21, 25-17, 20-25, 16-14) to improve their record to 3-and-0.  
  Van Lankvelt started the third and fourth sets and also played as a substitute in the second set in his most significant action of the three matches Canada has played.  
  Brandon product Dustin Schneider started all five sets at setter for Canada and finished with one kill and three blocks.  
  Canada takes the day off Saturday before completing their two-match weekend on Sunday in Antwerp.
