Prairie Mountain Health has released its schedule for walk-in and booked Pfizer and Moderna COVID-19 vaccine clinics for the week of October 18th - 24th. 

If you are attending any of the PMH Vaccine Clinics, please be advised that the clinics will ONLY give the 3rd dose if you meet the eligibility criteria which can be found at:

Brandon – Keystone Centre Vaccine Supersite (enter off of 13th St.)
Thurs. Oct. 21 – Noon to 7 pm
Sat. Oct. 23 – 10:30 am to 1:30 pm

Dauphin – Vaccine Supersite - Ukrainian Orthodox Hall – 304 Whitmore Ave E
Mon. Oct. 18 – 4:30 pm to 7:30 pm
Sat. Oct. 23 – 10:30 am to 1:30 pm

First dose eligibility:
Pfizer vaccine 1st dose eligibility is anyone born on or before December 31, 2009
Moderna vaccine 1st dose eligibility is 18 years and older

Second-dose eligibility:
At least 28 days after your 1st shot 
Anyone who received a first dose of AstraZeneca can receive a second dose of Moderna or Pfizer.
It is recommended to wait at least 8 weeks after receiving a 1st dose of AstraZeneca/COVIDSHIELD before receiving a 2nd dose of any vaccine.

Consent forms are required for both doses. Please bring forms to appointments.
