THE SETUP
The Brandon Wheat Kings and Saskatoon Blades meet for the third time inside the Subway East Division Hub tonight. The two clubs have split the season series to date. Brandon had their eight game winning streak snapped on Friday night at the hands of the Regina Pats.

Connor Bedard scored twice for the home side as the Pats held off the Wheat Kings and earned the extra point in overtime. Brandon fired 34 shots at the Pats but Roddy Ross was excellent, making 33 saves. Jake Chiasson scored the lone goal for the BWK.
WHO TO WATCH
Tristan Robins – The Brandonite continues to lead the Blades in scoring with 22 points in 15 games (10G-12A). Nine of those 22 points have come on the powerplay.
Kyle Crnkovic – With 20 points in 15 games, Crnkovic is hot on Robins heels for top spot on the Blades scoring list. Crnkovic has points in four straight games and at least one point in five of his last six games.

Ride the Wave – Connor Ungar and Ethan Kruger have played exceptionally well between the pipes for the Wheat Kings. The two have given up just 35 goals, the least in the East Division and have a combined 2.39 GAA and a .912 SVP.
Keep Shooting– Brandon has outshot their opponents in 11 of their 15 games so far this season. Brandon has fired 72 more shots on goal than the other guys, including a 174-110 third period ratio.
