On January 6, 2022, Brandon police responded to a report of an intoxicated individual who set off an alarm at an apartment building in the 1200 block of Rosser Avenue at 2:00 pm. A 29-year-old woman was arrested and lodged at Brandon Police Service until sober.

On January 6, 2022, Brandon police responded to a report of a break and enter to a travel trailer parked in the 500 block of Park Street. Police say suspects forced their way in by prying the door between January 4 and 5, 2022. It is unknown if anything was stolen. On January 6, 2022, police conducted a vehicle stop in the 1800 block of Middleton Avenue. Police say their investigation revealed the driver was allegedly prohibited. The 35-year-old driver was arrested and later released to appear in court on March 3, 2022 on a charge of Operation of Conveyance While Prohibited.

On January 6, 2022, shortly after 9:00 pm, police responded to a report of an intoxicated individual on a residential property in the 3500 block of Willowdale Crescent. Police say a 40-year-old man was in no condition to care for himself and had nowhere to go as he was from a rural community. He was lodged at Brandon Police Service until sober.

On January 6, 2022, police located and arrested a 22-year-old man who was wanted on outstanding charges of Assault PO X3 and Fail to Attend Court. He was later released to appear in court on March 3, 2022.
