The clinical space expansion project within the Brandon Regional Health Centre continues.
Effective November 21, the city transit bus will be re-routed. There will no longer be a stop in front of the hospital. The closest bus stops will be in front of the Brandon Clinic and near the Parkwood Addictions Centre on Victoria Avenue.
Effective November 25, the extension of the BRHC main parking lot north will be complete. Physician parking will move to the west side of this new lot parallel to Dennis Street. The rest of the new lot is designated for public parking. There will be a new access road to this parking area. The south side of the main parking lot will close and construction will begin on the new building.
Effective November 29, the closure of part of McTavish Avenue from the emergency department ramps (which will still be accessible) up to Russell Street will take place.
The patient drop-off and pick-up loop can only be accessed via Russell Street.
