General Manager of the Discovery Centre James Montgomery says the high water has also delayed construction of the canoe and kayak cove. He says once it gets underway, the work will take about a week.
Montgomery says repairs to the picnic shelter that burned down last spring and the memorial benches damaged by snow removal, are also almost finished.
