Prairie Mountain Health will have its Community Connections van at a number of locations throughout the City of Brandon on Friday, September 10 for those needing their first or second COVID vaccine dose.

-Kin Park | 1600 1st St. | 12:15 pm – 1:15 pm
-Garwood Park | 51 Garwood Drive | 1:30 pm – 2:30 pm
-Fredrick Street Playground | 307 Park Ave E. | 2:45 pm – 3:45 pm
-Faith Fellowship Baptist Church Parking Lot | 4 Willowdale Cres. | 4 pm – 5 pm
-Westaway playground | 61 Westaway Bay | 5:15 pm – 6:15 pm
-North End Community Centre | 1313 Stickney Ave. | 6:30 pm – 7:30 pm
First dose eligibility:
Pfizer vaccine 1st dose eligibility is anyone born on or before December 31, 2009 – Moderna vaccine 1st dose eligibility is 18 years and older.
Second-dose eligibility:
At least 28 days after your 1st shot
Anyone who received a first dose of AstraZeneca can receive a second dose of Moderna or Pfizer. It is recommended to wait at least 8 weeks after receiving the 1st dose of AstraZeneca/COVIDSHIELD before receiving the 2nd dose of any vaccine.
Consent forms are required for both doses. Please bring forms to appointments.
