Prairie Mountain Health has released the COVID-19 vaccination clinics schedule for January 3 to 9, 2022.
The clinics are for ALL ages, 5 years old and up, and for first, second and third doses if eligible. Clinics will be a combination of walk-in and booked appointments. Individuals can book for other people but require the client’s Manitoba Health card number.

First-dose eligibility:
Pfizer vaccine 5 years old and up
Moderna vaccine 18 years and older
Second-dose eligibility:
At least 28 days after your 1st dose
Third-dose eligibility:
At least 6 months after your 2nd dose AND 18 years and older. EXCEPTION: Anyone aged 60 or older or those aged 18 or older who live in a First Nations community who received their second dose on or before July 10 can now receive their third dose.

Consent forms are required for all COVID doses. Please bring forms to appointments.
