Minnesota Doesn't Like Manitoba

We're kinda the good and bad guys here?

Northwest Angle, Minnesota is suffering right now and Manitoba and geography are to blame. Northwest Angle is a town of 120 people, surrounded on almost all sides by Manitoba and water to the south. As such, they are a small small small area of Minnesota that is not accessible unless you drive through Manitoba.

Since the border is closed, the people in Northwest Angle are asking for a special exemption so they can leave America…and go to America…through Manitoba. I think that’s a fair thing to ask. They don’t want the border opened but seeing as how they’re locked into their area, you’d think we could make an exception? Or better yet Manitoba could make them a part of Manitoba or Minnesota does something to make it easier for them to get to other parts of Minnesota.
