Brandon, MB (CKLQ) – Troy Hamilton scored two goals in less than a minute to push the Vincent Massey Vikings to their fourth straight Westman High School Hockey League championship.
The Vikings entered the third period down 4-2 to the Killarney/Wawanesa Raiders.
Vincent Massey got two goals to start off the third period by Patrick Kondratiew to tie the game midway throught the period.
The Raiders put themselves in the lead again with 4:45 remaining after a goal by Colton Miller.
But with 2 minutes remaining, Hamilton scored to tie it up.
Fourty-five seconds later, Hamilton scored again to give the Vikings their final lead of the game and 6-5 victory in Game 2.
Vincent Massey has won their eighth championship in team history, and the leagues first four-peat in league history.
