Winnipeg, MB (CKLQ) – A three-goal second period helped the Neepawa Natives double up the Waywayseecappo Wolverines 6-3 in MJHL action.
Jordan Martin and Jesse Gibbons both scored two goals for the Natives who were down 1-0 early on in the game.
They tied the game before the end of the first period, with a goal from Zach Johnson.
Three goals in less than five minutes put Neepawa on top, and put them in the lead for good.
Spencer Eschyschyn stopped 32 of 35 shots for the win.
