The Assiniboine Community College Cougars are welcoming former and current members of Team Canada for this weekend’s Hockey Manitoba Senior Women’s Championship.
2014 Olympic gold medalist Jocelyne Larocque and 1998 Winter Games silver medalist Fiona Smith-Bell will be taking part in a hot stove session on Saturday at 2 p.m. at the Keystone Centre with an autograph session to follow at 5 p.m.
Larocque will also be attending the championship finals on Sunday at 2 p.m. and will be dropping the puck for the opening face-offs at the Kinsmen and Optimist Arenas.
