The Manitoba Senior Baseball League’s 2014 regular season schedule has been released.
Ppening day will be on Tuesday, May 27th, when the Oak River Dodgers play host to the Neepawa Farmers.
The Reston Rockets will open defence of their 2013 title when they host the Brandon Cloverleafs on Friday, May 30th, while the Brandon Marlins begin their season by visiting Oak River that same night.
The teams will each play a 20-game regular season schedule, with all games being on Ttuesday, Wednesday, Friday and Sunday’s.
The regular season concludes on July 13th, with the playoffs to follow.
Other important dates to keep in mind this year are August 21-25.
That’s when the Reston Rockets will represent our province in the Baseball Canada Senior Men’s Championship in St. John’s, Newfoundland and Labrador.
