Canada’s Worst Cities For Air Pollution

Canada is third in the world for best air quality which brings peace of mind when reading through the list of the worst offending cities. 
I am happy to say that Brandon and Winnipeg did not make the list for the cities with the worst air pollution. 
Being from Southern Ontario I can say I have experienced some poor air quality but shockingly enough, Toronto is not listed as #1. 
Without reading the list, what cities do you think are the worst for air pollution?
