The Brandon Wheat Kings and Moose Jaw Warriors meet tonight for the first time since March 24th. Brandon has dropped two straight including a 3-2 loss vs Saskatoon Sunday night. The Warriors are also coming off a loss vs the Blades, 4-2 back on Saturday night.

The Wheat Kings ran into a hot goaltender on Sunday night. The Wheat Kings fired 44 shots at Nolan Maier who kicked aside 42 of them on route to the victory. Ben McCartney and Ridly Greig scored the BWK goals, while the Blades had a pair of powerplay goals from Chase Wouters and Kyle Crnkovic.
WHO TO WATCH
Eric Alarie – The Warriors leading scorer has posted a team high 17 points through 15 games this season. Of his 17 points, eight of them have come on the powerplay.
Tate Popple – The Brandonite sits second on the Warriors roster in scoring with 14 points. The majority of his damage has also come on the powerplay with 4G-4A while on the man advantage.
