I usually don’t care about what celebrities do on social media. Most of them don’t have anything of real interest to say. Occasionally though, something happens and they have to go on a Twitter or Instagram rant to justify their stupidity.
Demi Lovato, for some reason, picked a fight with a frozen yogurt shop in L.A., calling them out for having sugar-free cookies on display, along with other diet foods. She posted all about it on Instagram and even DM’d the fro yo shop to continue shaming them and calling them #dietculturevultures. Lady I gotta wonder, what is your experience like when you go to Wal-Mart? Or Target? Or anywhere else in the U.S. or Canada and they have foods and products that cater to people dietary restrictions
When you have 102 million followers on Instagram and the store you’re trying to fight with has 7000, using your power to be a knob about sugar-free cookies is the weirdest abuse of power I’ve ever seen. Plus, like any other normal person, you could just door dash or skip the dishes whatever you want and no one would ever know about you and you and your weird war on sugar cookies.
