The clinical space expansion project within the Brandon Regional Health Centre (BRHC) continues.
This requires a portion of McTavish avenue from the emergency department ramps up to the corner of the traffic loop to be closed off.
The main public front entrance into Brandon Regional Health Centre and the traffic loop are still accessible off of Russell Street. This main entrance is the only public entrance to BRHC. A covered walkway has been constructed leading into the main entrance of BRHC as a precautionary measure for people to access the facility safely.
We remind the public that the traffic loop can get congested with the work being done and to use this loop strictly for pick up and drop off.
If you choose to park on the west side of BRHC please remember you can not access the hospital through the doors next to the emergency department. This entrance is strictly for staff. Please do not use the emergency department ramps as a pick-up and drop-off service into the facility. Continue to use the main front loop that can be accessed via Russell Street off Victoria Ave. The new north side main parking lot is complete and we encourage people to use this lot or the metered parking along
Russell Street.
