Tim Hortons has announced its ‘Smile Cookie’ campaign will be held in Brandon May 1st to the 7th.
In a media release, the company says “100% of the proceeds from every Smile Cookie sold in Brandon will support the Brandon Area Community Foundation and the YMCA’s Expansion Project.
BACF and the YMCA of Brandon have been selected as the recipients for this year’s campaign. BACF will direct half the proceeds raised to our Community Fund, allowing us to support more community grants, the YMCA will be directing their half to their Building Expansion Campaign. This expansion includes much-needed new childcare spaces. BACF has granted to this project in the past and feel this is a great opportunity to partner with them in the Smile Cookie Campaign.
Every Smile Cookie sold, Tim Horton’s will match making this a great opportunity for both organizations to raise funds but also awareness for our projects.”
