The City of Brandon has hired a contractor to complete some paving work on some city streets.
The ongoing paving work involves milling off the existing asphalt and overlaying with new asphalt. Below is a list of streets that will be affected over the next couple of weeks. Schedule is subject to change due to weather conditions.

• Park Ave. from 26th St. to 34th St. (Work is ongoing)
• College Ave. from 18th St. to 25th St. (Starts August 23)
• Douglas St. from Rosser to Van Horne (Starts August 28)
• Glen Ave. from 1st St. N. to Glendale Bay (Starts August 30)
• Marquis Cres. from Durum Dr. to Marquis Dr. (Starts August 31)
• Cornwallis Cres. from Aberdeen Ave. to Maryland Ave. (Starts September 1)
