On September 19, 2023, Brandon police responded to a report of a 12-year-old boy, who after reportedly having a disagreement with employees at a school in the 700 block of 12th Street, allegedly broke a window. He was arrested and released to a parent to appear in court on December 19, 2023, on a charge of Mischief to Property Under $5000.

On September 19, 2023, at approximately 1:00 pm, police responded to a report of the theft of a purse from a business in the 1600 block of Park Avenue. Police say a female suspect then allegedly used a credit card from the purse to pay for a cab ride. A 32-year-old female was later located and arrested. Officers say she was still in possession of some of the stolen property, and was also in possession of a knife. She was later released to appear in court on November 30, 2023, on charges of Theft Under $5000, Possession of Property Obtained by Crime, Fraud X2, and Possession of a Weapon.

On September 20, 2023, at approximately 1:00 am, Brandon police responded to a request for assistance from an intoxicated female. The female was alone, and her behavior escalated while with police, as she became more erratic. She was lodged at Brandon Police Service until sober.

On September 19, 2023, at approximately 10:30 pm, police responded to a report of an intoxicated male at a residence who was behaving in a threatening manner towards others in the home. A suspect was arrested and lodged at Brandon Police Service until sober.

On September 19, 2023, a 32-year-old male attended Brandon Police Service as he was aware he was wanted on outstanding charges of Sexual Assault. He was lodged to appear in court later in the day.
