After 6 years as CEO and General Manager of Brandon’s Keystone Centre, Jeff Schumacher is moving on – he’s reportedly accepted a new employment opportunity.
Beginning October 1st, Assistant General Manager Connie Lawrence will serve as acting GM during the search for a permanent replacement for Schumacher.
Schumacher leaves the position having helped secure a new lease agreement with the Wheat Kings – and a five-year funding deal with the City of Brandon and the province.
