On November 7, 2023, shortly before 8:00 pm, Brandon police responded to a report of a disturbance at a residence. Police say an intoxicated 33-year-old male was allegedly behaving in a threatening manner towards others at the home. Police learned he was to abide by release conditions not to be at the residence, and he was wanted on outstanding charges of Assault with a Weapon, Assault, Fail to Comply with Release Order X2. He was lodged at Brandon Police Service following his arrest and will appear in court today with two new charges of Fail to comply with Release Order.

On November 7, 2023, at approximately 7:00 pm, police recovered a stolen vehicle as it was parked and unoccupied in the 400 block of 12th street. The 2022 grey Hyundai with Saskatchewan license 798 NDL had been stolen earlier in the day from the 3100 block of Victoria Ave. Anyone with information regarding this stolen vehicle is encouraged to contact Brandon Police Service at 204-729-2345 or Contact Us (brandon.ca).

On November 8, 2023, shortly after 2:00 am, Brandon police conducted a vehicle stop in the 3100 block of Victoria Avenue. An occupant of the vehicle, a 30-year-old female, was found to be wanted on outstanding charges of Fail to Comply with Probation X2 and Fail to Attend Court. She was arrested and later released to appear in court on December 28, 2023.

On November 8, 2023, at 3:00 am, police observed a 29-year-old male walking in the 200 block of 9th Street. The male was to abide by a curfew and was arrested. He was later released to appear in court on December 28, 2023, on a charge of Fail to Comply with Probation.

On November 7, 2023, shortly after 1:00 pm, Brandon police received a report that a male had thrown something at a business window in the 900 block of Rosser Avenue, causing it to break. A 25-year-old male suspect was located and arrested nearby. Police say he was also found to be in possession of a knife contrary to a court order. He was lodged at Brandon Police Service and will appear in court today on charges of Mischief Under $5000, Fail to Comply with Court Order and Carry Concealed Weapon.
