On July 3rd at 7:30AM a 29-year-old female with outstanding Winnipeg Police Service warrants for Failure to Attend Court and Fraud, turned herself over to Brandon Police. She was lodged for court.
Warrant – Turned Self In
On July 3rd a 27-year-old male turned himself in for a Breach of a Conditional Sentence Order to the Hamiota RCMP. He was released with a court date of August 1st, 2024.
Distribution of Intimate Image
On July 3rd police received a call that a 16-year-old male had allegedly distributed nude photos without permission. The male youth was charged accordingly and released to his mother. Court date is set for September 10th, 2024.
Warrant Executed
On July 3rd at 4:15PM police conducted a persons check in the 1600 block of Park Avenue. It was confirmed the 28-year-old female had an outstanding Failure to Comply with Probation warrant. She was arrested and lodged for court in the morning on July 4th, 2024.
Breach of Peace
On July 3rd police received multiple calls regarding an intoxicated 34-year-old male in the 100 block of Victoria Avenue East causing a disturbance at an establishment. Police had two interactions with the male which resulted in him being lodged to prevent further disturbance. Male will receive a Barring Notice to the establishment, and he will be released once sober.
Intoxicated Person
On July 3rd at 8:00PM police received a call from Brandon Fire & Emergency Services regarding an intoxicated and combative male. Police attended and arrested a 35-year-old male who was lodged overnight until sober.
Warrant Executed
On July 3rd at 8:30PM police located a 44-year-old male in the 400 block of 12th Street with outstanding warrants for Sexual Assault, Failure to Attend Court and Failure to Comply with a Release Order. He was arrested and lodged for court in the morning on July 4th, 2024.
RCMP Warrant Executed
On July 4th at 1:20AM police attended an establishment in the 200 block of 18th Street and located a 25-year-old male with an endorsed Warrant of Arrest. He was released with an Appearance Notice and a court date set for October 15th, 2024, in Minnedosa.
Failure to Comply with Probation X2
On July 4th at 2:20AM there was a 911 hang up call from the 2700 block of McDonald Avenue. Upon police attending a male fled on foot and after a short foot pursuit he was apprehended by police. He was found to have a Probation Order with the conditions not to communicate with the resident of the home and not to attend her residence. The male was lodged overnight and will be released in the morning on an Appearance Notice. Court date set for September 9th, 2024.
Breach of Peace
On July 4th at 3:15AM police attended a call on Willowdale Crescent. A female reported a known to her 36-year-old male knocking on her door and calling the resident leaving disturbing messages. The male was located a few blocks away and found to be highly intoxicated. He was lodged overnight to prevent further disturbance.
