Arrest Warrants
On July 11th police located and arrested several individuals throughout the day who were wanted on outstanding charges:
A 30-year-old male will appear in court on July 12th, 2024, on charges of Assault, Assault by Choking, Uttering Threats, and Failure to Attend Court.
A 33-year-old male will appear in court on July 12th, 2024, on a charge of Failure to Comply with Release Order.
A 23-year-old male will appear in court on July 12th, 2024, on charges of Possession of Property Obtained by Crime X2 and Theft under $5000.
Public Mischief / Failure to Comply Release Order
On July 12th at 1:22AM, police conducted a vehicle stop in the back lane of the 1200 block between 6th & 7th Street. A 34-year-old male was a passenger in the vehicle and provided false identity. True identity was discovered, and officers say the male was breaching his daily curfew of 8PM-8AM. The male was arrested and lodged for court in the morning on July 12th, 2024, on the charges of Failure to Comply Release Order and Public Mischief.
Theft Under $5000 / Breach of Probation
On July 11th police received reports of a theft at an establishment in the 900 block of Victoria Avenue. The suspect left and went behind a nearby establishment. He was quickly located by description by officers. A 32-year-old male was charged and released on scene. A court date of September 23, 2024, was set on charges of Theft Under $5000 and Breach of Probation.
