The City of Brandon’s annual Santa Claus Parade is scheduled for Saturday, November 23rd at 6:00 pm. It’ll begin on 6th and Rosser Avenue – head west to 17th Street – then to Princess Avenue and back east to 6th Street.
Unfortunately, due to the ongoing Canada Post strike, organizers say mail carriers will not be picking up letters for Santa or non-perishable food items for donation during this year’s parade.
They say “We encourage everyone to donate their non-perishable food items to a worthy local organization to help those in need this holiday season. Together, we can continue to spread kindness and holiday cheer throughout our community.”
