Prairie Mountain Health is excited to partner again with the Brandon Wheat Kings, at tonight’s (Nov. 22) game against the Tri-City Americans, to help ‘Spread the Warmth’ around the PMH region.
Prairie Mountain Health will accept donations of new mitts, gloves, toques, socks and underwear for adults. Donation boxes will be set up at the entrances.
You can also purchase tickets for your chance to win a prize package. Tickets are one for $2 or three for $5. Money collected will be used to buy necessities, such as hygiene items and outerwear.
Donations will go to various PMH programs and services across the region, such as the Brandon Regional Health Centre Emergency Department, 7th Street Health Access Centre and our Mental Health programs.
It’s also ‘Face off Against Hunger’ at tonight’s game, so please bring along non-perishable food items which will be collected at the doors.
