Arrest Warrant
On February 5th at 9:37AM a 41-year-old male attended Brandon Police Service (BPS) and turned himself in on his outstanding Warrant (Failure to Attend Court). He was held in custody for court in the morning.
On February 5th at 11:10AM a 28-year-old male was spotted by Police in the 900 block of Pacific Avenue using a lighter. He is on a condition not to possess any incendiary devices. He was arrested for Failure to Comply Probation and was held in detention cells for court in the morning.
On February 5th at 10:23PM police were called to attend a disturbance at a residence in the 1200 block of Rosser Avenue. Upon police arrival a 20-year-old female was found to be the cause of the issues. She was found to have a Warrant for Arrest. (Failure to Attend Court X3, Breach of Undertaking and Unlawfully in Dwelling). The female was intoxicated and uncooperative but was arrested, held in detention cells and will attend court in the morning.
On February 6th at 2:08AM Police conducted a persons check in the zero hundred block of 9th Street with a known to Police 37-year-old male who had an outstanding Warrant for Arrest. (Failure to Comply Probation). He was arrested without incident. He was later released via Appearance Notice with a court date of March 6th, 2025.
Arrest Warrant / New charge of Breach of Undertaking
On February 6th at 2:24AM Police conducted a vehicle stop in the 1200 block of 9th Street. An occupant of the vehicle was a 24-year-old male with a Warrant for Arrest (Assault, Breach of Undertaking). The male is bound by a curfew of 10pm-7am of which he was once again breaching – new charge of Breach of Undertaking. He was arrested and released via Appearance Notice with a court date of March 10th, 2025.
