With a couple of days in a row of rain, and more precipitation in the forecast for WestMan into the long weekend, the RMs of Elton and Oakview have some much needed good news on the fire danger front.
Beginning at 9:00 this morning (May 15), the RMs will officially lift their burning bans.
Initially, the burning ban came down on May 6 at 1:30 PM due to dry conditions. The ban included fire pits, barrels, and fireworks.
