Brandon police and about 60 searchers were out Monday looking for a missing teen in the Riverbank area. 18-year-old Owen Bedford was last seen early Sunday morning at Houstons Roadhouse on Victoria, and then video shows him walking towards the David Thompson Bridge on 18th Street North. A family member says Bedford struggles with mental health issues, but it’s out of character for him to disappear. Anyone with information is asked to contact police. The search is expected to resume this morning beginning at the Riverbank Discovery Centre.
