Breach of the Peace
On December 14th at 11:18 p.m. police were called to a disturbance in the 800 block of Pacific Avenue. An intoxicated 42-year-old male, who was the cause of the disturbance, was located and arrested. He was held in Brandon Police Service (BPS) detention cells and will be released once sober.
Intoxicated Persons Detention Act
On December 15th at 2:30 a.m. police attended the 000 block of 13th Street North where a highly intoxicated 19-year-old male had been kicked out of a residence. There was no one available to turn him over to so the male was held at BPS until sober.
Arrest Warrant
On December 15th at 3:26 a.m. a vehicle stop was conducted in the 2600 block of Pacific Avenue, and a 24-year-old female passenger was found to be wanted on an Unendorsed Warrant for Arrest (Failure to Attend Court x2 / Breach of Probation x2). She was arrested and held for court in the morning.
Breach of Release Order
On December 15th at 3:55 a.m. a vehicle stop was conducted in the 1700 block of Rosser Avenue. An occupant inside the vehicle was found to be breaching an 11PM-6AM Release Order curfew. The 33-year-old female was arrested and held for court in the morning.
