Breach of the Peace / PDCIPA (Protective Detention and Care of Intoxicated Persons Act)
Within the past 24 hours, one individual was arrested for Breach of the Peace. In a separate incident, another individual was arrested for PDCIPA. Both individuals were held in BPS detention cells and will be released once sober.
Arrest Warrants
Within the past 24 hours, four individuals were arrested on outstanding Warrants for Arrest. One individual was additionally charged with Resisting Arrest after unsuccessfully fleeing from police. Three of the individuals were held for court in the morning, while one was released on an Appearance Notice with a future court date.
