WINNIPEG – Police have cancelled an Amber Alert for a two-year-old boy in Winnipeg. They say the child has been found safe. Police issued the alert earlier today saying the boy had been abducted from a home after a dispute with his biological mother. They said he may have been with one or two women and it wasn’t known where they were going. Police are to provide more details at a news conference.
