The Winnipeg Jets are in Dallas looking to keep their playoff hopes alive, sitting two points behind the Kings for the final Western spot. L.A. hosts Nashville, who are just one point ahead of Winnipeg in a tight race.
In the PWHL, Toronto beat Ottawa 2–1, Montreal shut out Vancouver 3–0, and New York topped Minnesota 4–3 in overtime.
In MLB action, the Blue Jays fell 2–1 in ten innings to the Colorado Rockies, dropping the opening series two games to one. Toronto looks to rebound tomorrow when they open a new set in Chicago against the White Sox.
