The Town of Neepawa is recruiting seasonal workers to join its Landscaping and Tree Crew for the 2026 summer season, with positions running from May through October. The roles focus on maintaining the community’s growing network of green spaces, including planting, pruning, and caring for trees, as well as tending to boulevards and supporting beautification projects across town.
Neepawa operates one of the most active municipal environmental programs in Manitoba, planting thousands of trees each year as part of its long‑term green infrastructure strategy. With the town continuing to grow, the seasonal crew plays a key role in keeping public spaces healthy, attractive, and well‑maintained.
Applicants should be comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions and performing physically demanding tasks. While not mandatory, the town notes that having a valid driver’s license is preferred for these positions.
Neepawa emphasizes its commitment to an inclusive and barrier‑free workplace. Candidates may request accommodations at any stage of the hiring process under the Accessibility for Manitobans Act.
Those interested in applying can submit a resume by email to operations@neepawa.ca or drop off an application in person at the Town Office at 275 Hamilton Street. Additional details on current job openings are available on the Town of Neepawa’s employment page here.
