STORM UPDATE, JUNE 9, 10:30 PM: we’re seeing more outages come in with weather: hundreds of outages affecting thousands of customers. Our crews will respond to outages when road and weather conditions are safe. Expect extended outages across the province.
Stay at least 10 metres away from downed lines and anything they’re touching and call 911. Wet conditions and standing water make downed lines even more dangerous.
Our outage map and estimated times of restoration won’t be accurate, but please make sure to report your outage online or by phone at 1-888-624-9376. We appreciate your patience and stay safe.
