- Miami: caviar-topped tots and a five-pound empanada – Hard Rock Stadium is going all out with $75 “Fancy AF Tots” that are deep fried hash brown patties topped with caviar, crème fraîche, and chives, as well as an enormous five-pound empanada.
- Kansas City: 17-hour smoked short rib pastrami – The city’s signature BBQ is the star of this smoked pastrami sandwich made with a 15-day brine and 17-hour smoked bone-in short rib that’s deboned and served on a soccer ball pretzel bun with three-mustard barbecue sauce and crispy house-fried onions.
- Los Angeles: Twinkie cheeseburger – There’s not actually a dessert Twinkie in this burger at SoFi Stadium, but it is topped with a Texas Twinkie, which is a bacon-wrapped jalapeño stuffed with brisket and cream cheese.
- San Francisco: The Bayritto Dog – Blending the city’s signature Mission-style burritos with classic stadium fare, it’s a footlong hot dog pressed in a flour tortilla with beef birria, spicy refried beans, shredded cheese and all the sauces.
- Boston: A massive lobster roll – The city is known for its enormous stuffed lobster rolls and this one is stuffed with heavy mayo, lemon, toasted celery seed, and fresh claw and knuckle meat.
- New York/New Jersey: The elote lobster roll & Colombian hot dog – Their spin on the coastal classic is loaded with lobster meat, corn elote, fresh cilantro and Tajin on a toasted Martin’s bun. And the sweet and salty Colombian hot dog is stacked with charred pineapple salsa, ketchup, mayo and crispy potato sticks.
- Atlanta: Oxtail egg rolls and Dirty Bird Wings – Inspired by the Southern city’s culinary culture, these egg rolls are filled with braised oxtail, sauteed peppers and onions, and jerk aioli, with a side of plantain chips.
