Breach of the Peace
In the past 24 hours two individuals from separate incidents were arrested for Breach of the Peace and held in Brandon Police Service (BPS) detention cells. They will be released once sober.
Protective Detention and Care of Intoxicated Persons
On August 31st at 9:53 p.m. police came across an individual crawling in the middle of the road in the 800 block of Rosser Avenue. The 28-year-old female was brought to BPS detention cells to be released once sober in the morning and able to care for herself.
Arrest Warrants
Over the past 24 hours, BPS officers arrested five individuals on their outstanding Warrants for Arrest. Three were arrested and later released via Undertaking/Appearance Notices with future court dates and two were held in BPS detention cells to attend court in the morning on September 1st, 2026.
Stolen Vehicle Recovered
A stolen 2017 Ford vehicle, stolen from a Brandon gas station on August 31st, was recovered by Neepawa RCMP in their jurisdiction. The registered owner was notified, and the vehicle will be processed.
