The original Batmobile from Batman Returns is heading to a Los Angeles auction, and it’s expected to sell for between $6.8 million and $9.5 million Canadian (based on the reported estimate of $5 million to $7 million US).

The sleek black crime-fighting machine was driven by Michael Keaton in the 1992 Tim Burton blockbuster and could become one of the most valuable movie cars ever sold. Built using parts from two Chevrolet Impala chassis, the nearly 20-foot-long Batmobile still sports its original glossy black finish, jet-turbine-inspired nose, and legendary flame-shooting rear exhaust.
The Caped Crusader’s ride will cross the auction block this November as part of Julien’s Auctions’ Ultimate Batmobile Auction. Deep pockets required. Utility belt not included.
