On February 12, 2023, Brandon police received a report from a pharmacy in the 100 block of Victoria Avenue East. They advised that a male had tendered a prescription from a doctor and the script had been modified to increase the number of pills on the prescription. On February 13, 2023, police located and arrested the 25-year-old male suspect for Fraud. He was later released on an Undertaking and is scheduled to appear in court in April.

On February 13, 2023, at approximately 3:30 pm, police received a report of a vehicle vs pedestrian accident at the intersection of Victoria Avenue East and Frederick Street. The 20-year-old victim was transported by ambulance to the hospital with non-life threatening injuries. The 38-year-old driver was charged under the Highway Traffic Act for passing a vehicle that was stopped for a pedestrian.

On February 13, 2023, at approximately 6:30 pm, Brandon police received a report of a possible impaired driver on 18th Street. Police were able to locate the vehicle on White Swan Street. The 32-year-old female driver was arrested for Impaired Driving and Drive Over .08. The female was transported to the Brandon Police Service where she provided two breath samples over twice the legal limit. She was later released on an Appearance Notice and is scheduled to appear in court in March.

On February 13, 2023, police conducted a person check on a 24-year-old male in the 800 block of Rosser. The male was wanted on an outstanding charge for Theft under $5,000. He was arrested for the outstanding charge and later released on an Undertaking. He is scheduled to appear in court in April.
On February 13, 2023, police located and arrested a 39-year-old male who was wanted on an outstanding charge of Fail to Appear in Court. He was later released on an Appearance Notice and he is scheduled to appear in court in April.
On February 13, 2023, police attended a residence on Westaway Bay and arrested a 31-year-old female who was wanted on an outstanding charge of Fail to Appear in Court. She was later released on an Appearance Notice and she is scheduled to appear in court in April.
On February 13, 2023, police attended a residence in the 1500 block of Lorne Avenue and arrested a 19-year-old male who was wanted on an outstanding charge of Breach of Undertaking. He was later released on an Appearance Notice and he is scheduled to appear in court in April.
On February 13, 2023, police attended a residence on Jadyn Lane and arrested a 26-year-old male who was wanted on an outstanding charge of Breach of a Release Order. He was lodged at the Brandon Police Service and is scheduled to appear in court today.
