A new format will see both Bobcat volleyball teams play a 20-match conference schedule, starting on the road the final weekend of October against a familiar opponent in the Trinity Western Spartans.
Also new this year, game times will flip for the second half of the schedule, as the men will play the first match of the day at 6 p.m. on Friday and 5 p.m. Saturday. The women’s match will follow at 7:45 p.m. Friday and 6:45 p.m Saturday.
The schedule will see 10 home matches and 10 on the road with the home-opener slated for November 8 against the Saskatchewan Huskies.
The final home games will be Feb. 8 against Winnipeg before closing the conference season on the road a week later against the TRU WolfPack.
Season and individual game tickets will go on sale in August.

Playoffs get underway the weekend of Feb. 21-23 with Canada West quarterfinals taking place the Feb. 28 – March 1.
The Canada West championship will be the weekend of March 8-9 with the highest remaining seed hosting a Final Four, single elimination event.
Brandon University will host the men’s volleyball national championship at the Healthy Living Centre March 21-23, while the University of Manitoba will host the women’s national championship.
Tickets for the men’s volleyball national tournament will go on sale in August.
