Arrest Warrants:
On July 9th police located and arrested several individuals throughout the day who were wanted on outstanding charges:
A 14-year-old male will appear in court August 6th, 2024, on a charge of Fail to Comply with Undertaking
A 17-year-old female will appear in court September 17th, 2024, on a charge of Fail to Comply with Undertaking.
A 20-year-old male will appear in court on August 8th, 2024, on a charge of Breach of Probation.
A 32-year-old female will appear in court on September 16th, 2024, on charges of Theft Under $5000 and Fail to Attend Court.
IPDA
On July 9th at 10:00PM police were call to a disturbance in an establishment in the 900 block of Victoria Avenue. Officers say a 23-year-old female was highly intoxicated and yelling. The female stated she had nowhere to go and was not in a condition to care for herself. She was lodged and will be released once sober.
Broken Windows – Trespassing / Resisting Arrest
On July 10th between 1:19AM and 1:21AM, police received two separate reports of suspects throwing rocks at residential windows in the east end. Later a 3rd and 4th residence as well as a vehicle were also found to have damaged windows. Two suspects were located running in the area. Police say an intoxicated 13-year-old female was lodged and will be released once sober. She has a court date of September 10th, 2024, with charges of Resisting Arrest and LGCA Consuming Underage. A 14-year-old male was held during the course of investigation and will be released in the morning. He has a court date of September 3rd, 2024, with charges of Resisting Arrest and Trespassing.
