Russell RCMP have arrest an ex-priest for historical sexual assault in the 1970s. The woman was 11 and 12 years old at the time. 81-year old Constantin Tur-coane, of Regina, turned himself into police, after a warrant was issued for his arrest.
Brandon Police Report
In Brandon, there were 4-incidents in 24 hours, all alcohol related.
A 37-year old man was arrested for Impaired Driving in the 600 block of 12th Street yesterday,
then earlier; Police stopped a vehicle in the 300 block of 5th Street, the driver fled from the vehicle and a foot pursuit ensued. A 23-year-old male was arrested.
An intoxicated female was causing a disturbance at the Shoppers Mall late Wednesday, a 32-year-old female was arrested.
And finally, the Police patrol unit found highly intoxicated 15-year old male walking on 1st and McTavish Avenue.
