A 26-year-old man from Virden was found dead in the RM of Pipestone, and Virden RCMP are investigating.
According to a release, RCMP got a call at about 5:15 on September 8 about a deceased male lying near a property located on Road 150 W in the RM. When they arrived on the scene, they found a 26-year-old male, from Virden, who was pronounced dead.
In their release, police said the cause of death remains under investigation as we await the results of the autopsy.
Virden RCMP, along with RCMP Forensic Identification Services, continue to investigate.
