IPDA On September 16th a business in the 700 block of 10th Street reported a suspicious male in front of their business doors refusing to leave. Police attended and found an intoxicated 44-year-old male. He was arrested and held in detention cells until sober to prevent further issues. IPDA On September 16th a report of a female walking into traffic in the 700 block of Rosser Ave came in to Police. The woman was located and was not in a state to care for herself. She was arrested and held in detention cells until sober to prevent further issues. Failure to Comply – Release Order / Public Mischief On September 16th a report of someone knocking on a home window on Clement Drive came in to Police. Upon attending a passed out male was located. The male initially gave a false name. Upon confirmation of identity, it was found the 41-year-old male was on a no contact Release Order. The male was arrested, held in detention cells and has court in the morning on September 17th, 2024. Failure to Attend Court On September 16th at 2:00PM a 25-year-old male attended the courthouse, and there was an outstanding Warrant of Arrest for him. He was transported by the Sheriffs to Brandon Police Service where he was held in detention cells until court in the morning on September 17th.
