The Brandon Regional Health Centre (BRHC) Emergency Department exit ramp will be down to one lane only for vehicles and ambulances leaving this area beginning Tuesday, October 22. There will be no parking on the ramp for anyone.
Emergency department drop-off and pick-up are still accessible; however, there is no parking or waiting due to limited space. Do not park in front of or block the ambulance bays.
Pedestrians are asked to use the provided pedestrian corridor to safely navigate the ramp and allow vehicle traffic flow. The other option for pedestrians is to use the sideway along Dennis Street and the stairs leading to the ER ramp. Drivers, please be mindful of pedestrian traffic in this area. A construction fence will be in place to secure the work area.
This construction activity will extend into the new year, with an estimated completion in Spring 2025.
