The totals have come in from Smile Cookie Week at Tim Hortons, and the people of Brandon have turned out in droves to support the cause.
Smile cookies have helped raise $129,486 to help with a new Smilezone at the Brandon Clinic. This total was the highest in Canada.
The Smilezone Foundation posted a thank-you on their Facebook page not only thanking their staff but everyone who donated.
“You didn’t just buy cookies — you helped create brighter days for kids and families right here at home,” reads the post.
WestMan wasn’t just generous in Brandon either. Dauphin raised $57,802 (third in Canada) while Virden came in sixth in Manitoba with $24,616.
